Perry Frank holds a
Ph.D. in American Studies
from George Washington
University. She has over
20 years of experience as
a writer and editor in
areas of technology, public
policy, and American
culture and society. She
has subject matter
expertise in health,
education, social
programs, information technology, and
American culture and society.
Currently Dr. Perry is President and consultant of the American Dreams & Associates where she researches, writes, and edits a variety of publications, reports, and proposals for government, nonprofit, and private groups. Her clients include the National Institutes of Health, SAIC, the U.S. Department of Labor, Global Success, the Humanities Council of Washington, D.C., and Consolidated Engineering Services.
