Mike is a published author of numerous technical books about software, including operating systems, security, and desktop applications (below). His technical writing experience includes systems engineer instruction documents, release notes, beta testing materials, and marketing materials for sales staff and customer use.
Mike’s training skills include designing and providing training materials and sessions on new products, teaching classes on new systems and software, and writing in-house articles and white papers for technical and non-technical staff.
